Due to the extreme demand in this very new product line we have set up a separate website at http://ledneonlight.com to handle orders and customer service in its newly formed LED neon light division. The LED neon light is the future for neon lighting.
Our LED FLEX Neon product looks exactly like traditional neon, but it is so versatile, the possibilities are endless. We have incorporated light emitting diode (LED) technology into a flexible and durable package that has the appearance and brightness of traditional neon. Our uniform and super-bright light output is achieved through a proprietary optical maximization technique which is completely sealed and impervious to shock and vibration. The Flex Neon product is suitable for wet locations and can withstand extreme temperatures. It is so easy to install Flex Neon that almost anyone can do it. No training or special tools are required. Just bend the tube to the desired shape and attach it to the installation brackets. A wide range of accessories and connectors enable quick installation of different shapes and configurations. Flex Neon consumes up to 70% less energy than neon and can quickly pay for itself. Flex Neon's sealed construction and materials make it resistant to dust, water and UV; there's no glass to shatter. It will survive harsh conditions and abuse that ordinary neon cannot withstand. This translates to minimal maintenance requirements over the life of the product. Flex Neon does not operate at the high voltages used by neon. It is completely waterproof (IP44) and conforms to UL listing 2388. The LED light sources used in Flex Neon are designed to last many times longer than traditional neon and other lighting technologies. LED?s offer increased efficiency over incandescent, fluorescent and neon light sources. LED's are 10 to 50 times more energy-efficient, thus reducing your operating costs by up to 90%. Lifetime is conservatively estimated at 100,000 hours. That is if lit continuously, LED Flex Neon will operate for more than 10 years. LED?s are fused, solid state devices. They are not susceptible to vibration. They can withstand far more abuse than glass based bulbs, while remaining functional. LED Flex Neon is now offered in Red, Green, Blue, White and Yellow. We even now have color changing LED neon that you can purchase with a controller. These colors are far more efficient than other light sources because LED's create light in the specific color desired.

Kerr Lighting consistently remains at the forefront of the industry with development and implementation of new and innovative products. Tri North is pleased to offer this product line to our customers. President Jeffrey Beach of Tri North Lighting of Silver Creek, New York shared his thought today on the LED light Market place and how his company and the LED lighting industry will expand over the next few years. With the technological advances in LED lights and the combined energy savings that the average consumer will see in electrical costs, the LED light market will soon be booming. Tri North Lighting has already teamed up with major LED light manufacturers such as Super Vision International and Wide Loyal, LTD and is positioning itself in the market for sales. Our website has doubled in size over the past six months and our sales have skyrocketed. Tri North Lighting has already started to sell white light bulbs to the average homeowner. We are working on marketing plans to educate the average consumer about the benefits of LED lights. They are a bit expensive on the front end, but what the average consumer does not realize that there are between 75%-98% reduction in energy costs. Additionally, these lights are rated for 5-10 years of being constantly on before you have to replace them. Combined with the savings in energy and the saving in replacement costs, the average consumer will soon realize that the up front cost is very wise investment.
Additionally Tri North Lighting is starting a marketing campaign on educating major corporations on cost savings of using LED lights. Recently we were working closely with a major company that ended up replacing over 10,000 light bulbs and its annual energy savings the first year alone was almost a $500,000. Factored in over 5 years they calculated they would be saving close to $2.2 million dollars. That is a very substantial cost saving for any corporation as they look to cut operating expenses in this day and age.
Additionally, we have started selling a neon light alternative. We are even starting to sell a color changing neon alternative. This is a brand new concept in the neon lighting industry which for years could only use one color to attract attention. The majority of neon lights in this country is high voltage and has very high maintenance costs. Tri North Lighting is selling a 120 or 24 volt alternative to neon. The product is virtually unbreakable and it is UL rated for outdoor use and even underwater uses. The flexible LED neon does not have any glass and the sections are flexible allowing ease of installation. Traditional neon uses 9 watts per foot as where ours uses approximately 3 watts per foot. The leading cause of commercial fires in this country is due to neon lights. The flexible LED neon light looks just like neon, but it produces little to no heat and there are no high voltage power transformers to replace or tubes to replace. Since the product is virtually unbreakable, uses less energy and produces little to no heat, this product will soon be replacing neon all over the country.
